Dubai: The Dubai Press Club (DPC) has announced the renewal of DP World’s participation as a Strategic Partner of the Arab Media Summit, marking the 11th consecutive year of collaboration between the two organisations.
The upcoming edition of the Summit will be held in September 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council.

Al Marri noted that DP World’s longstanding support has helped strengthen the Arab Media Summit’s role in advancing Arab media, enhancing its competitiveness and expanding its influence regionally and internationally.
“There is no doubt that DP World’s significant international presence has helped amplify Dubai’s and the UAE’s soft power,” she said.
She also highlighted DP World’s role as one of the UAE’s leading global enterprises, with operations and investments spanning key markets across Africa, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Largest edition yet
The 2026 Arab Media Summit is expected to be the largest edition since the launch of the Arab Media Forum in 2001.
The event will feature 10 forums over three days and is expected to attract approximately 6,000 participants, including senior political and economic figures, media executives, editors-in-chief, journalists, writers, thinkers, content creators and influencers from across the Arab world and internationally.
The expanded programme will cover a broad range of topics across the media landscape, supported by a series of accompanying events aimed at advancing the strategic goals of the region’s largest media gathering.
