Dubai: Dubai Plus, the digital platform of Dubai Media, has launched the Dubai Plus Summer Initiative, which will run until 24 August, to raise awareness of the platform and strengthen its presence across the local community. The initiative supports Dubai Media’s vision to enrich the media landscape through high-quality content that reflects audience interests while reinforcing Dubai’s position as a leading hub for content creation and production.
The initiative reflects Dubai Media’s commitment to strengthening direct engagement with government entities and the wider community through an interactive experience that combines entertainment with audience engagement. As part of the campaign, the Dubai Plus truck will visit government entities, parks, beaches and key destinations across the emirate, introducing audiences to the platform and its distinctive content offering.
The initiative also highlights Dubai Plus’ original and exclusive productions, alongside its extensive digital library, reinforcing its position as a platform that delivers meaningful, safe and continually refreshed content for all members of the family.
Dr Maitha Buhumaid, Chief Executive Officer of Marketing and Communication at Dubai Media, said Dubai Plus continues to strengthen its presence and expand its reach across different audience segments through its original productions, high-quality exclusive content in multiple languages, and the live streaming of all Dubai Media television channels. This further cements its position as a leading digital platform that reflects the dynamism and continued evolution of Dubai’s media landscape.

Dr Buhumaid also expressed her pride in the achievements Dubai Plus has recorded since its launch in January, highlighting the platform’s growth in subscriber numbers and the continued expansion of its exclusive content library. She noted that these achievements reflect audience confidence in the platform and serve as a strong incentive to continue developing its offerings.
