Dubai: In a move that further enhances the educational benefits offered to Esaad cardholders, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Dubai has announced an exclusive 40% discount, allowing them to enrol in its academic programmes at a significantly reduced cost.
Plekhanov Russian University of Economics is one of the oldest and most esteemed higher education institutions in Russia.
