Micro Mitti takes Indore’s real estate growth story to Oman, to host NRI Realty Meet in Muscat

Following its Dubai engagement, the Indore-headquartered proptech real estate company takes its Tier-II India investment thesis to Oman as infrastructure, employment and connectivity reshape emerging real estate markets

Indore, India: As India’s real estate growth expands beyond its traditional metropolitan centres, Indore-headquartered proptech real estate company Micro Mitti is taking the investment story of emerging Indian cities to the Gulf with the Micro Mitti Oman Realty Meet in Muscat from October 8 to 10, 2026.

The three-day engagement will be personally led by Manoj Dhanotiya, Founder & CEO, Micro Mitti, who will meet Oman-based NRIs, investors and existing customers to discuss the changing real estate landscape in India, with a particular focus on Indore and other emerging Tier-II markets.

The Muscat programme follows Micro Mitti’s Dubai NRI Realty Meet held earlier this year and marks the next phase of the company’s Gulf outreach.

The initiative comes at a time when the economics of several emerging Indian cities are beginning to change significantly.

According to Knight Frank India’s 2026 report, “India’s Next Real Estate Markets,” 11 emerging real estate markets, including Indore, recorded a 63% increase in residential prices between 2021 and 2026, compared with 42% across India’s top eight cities. The report also found that these emerging markets recorded an average residential price CAGR of approximately 8% between 2016 and 2026, compared with around 4% across the top eight cities.

For Micro Mitti, the shift represents something larger than a difference in property prices. The company believes the next phase of real estate growth will increasingly be influenced by the movement of infrastructure, employment, connectivity, businesses and capital into new urban centres.

Commenting on the Oman programme, Manoj Dhanotiya, Founder & CEO, MicroMitti, said:

“For decades, Indian real estate investment has largely been discussed through a handful of metropolitan cities. That map is changing. Infrastructure, employment, connectivity and organised urban development are creating new economic centres across Bharat.”

“Our message to NRIs is simple: never invest in a city merely because property is cheaper. Study where infrastructure is being built, where businesses and jobs are moving, how connectivity is

changing and where long-term capital is being deployed. Indore is an important example of this larger transformation.”

He added:

“The Muscat Realty Meet is not simply about presenting projects. We want Indian families living in Oman to understand how to evaluate real estate back home with the same discipline they would apply to any long-term investment. An investor should understand the city, location, legal structure, developer, project feasibility and exit possibilities before making a decision.”

Indore’s changing economic landscape

Indore has emerged as one of Central India’s important economic and urban centres, supported by continuing investment in transportation, commercial infrastructure, manufacturing, technology and urban development.

The Madhya Pradesh government has approved a revised financial package of ₹19,472.29 crore for the Indore Metro Rail project, representing a major expansion of the city’s public transport infrastructure.

Another proposed development is the Indore Aerocity, planned on approximately 11 hectares near Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport. The project is expected to accommodate commercial, hospitality, office and residential activity, with initial private investment estimated at approximately ₹500-600 crore.

The proposed Aerocity is also expected to benefit from connectivity with the Indore-Pithampur Economic Corridor, further strengthening the wider airport and western Indore development belt.

At the regional level, the planned Ujjain-Indore Metropolitan Region represents another significant structural development. The proposed metropolitan planning framework spans parts of Indore, Ujjain, Dewas, Dhar, Shajapur and Ratlam districts, bringing a much larger economic geography under integrated long-term planning.

Indore’s economic base is simultaneously broadening across IT and IT-enabled services, financial services, manufacturing, logistics, education and other service industries, supporting new employment and consumption centres across the wider region.

For Micro Mitti, these developments reinforce a broader investment philosophy: real estate opportunities in emerging cities should not be evaluated simply on today’s property prices, but on the underlying trajectory of infrastructure, employment, connectivity, urbanisation and capital investment.

Helping NRIs evaluate real estate beyond price appreciation

During the Oman Realty Meet, Micro Mitti will engage with NRIs on the key parameters that should be considered before investing in Indian real estate.

The discussions will cover location fundamentals, infrastructure development, employment corridors, connectivity, legal and regulatory due diligence, developer track record, ownership structure, project feasibility and long-term investment considerations.

The leadership-led format is intended to provide Oman-based Indians direct access to Micro Mitti’s management and an opportunity to understand the company’s approach towards project development, due diligence and asset selection.

Micro Mitti’s portfolio in Indore includes CyberCity by Micro Mitti, an AI-focused commercial development positioned around the emerging technology and business ecosystem of Central India; Micro Mitti Madhuvan, a 30-acre residential township conceived around green spaces, air quality and climate-responsive living; and The Selene, a premium residential development built around the concept of bungalow-style living within an apartment format.

The company also works with internationally recognised architect Sanjay Puri on design-led development across selected projects.

From Dubai to Muscat
The Oman Realty Meet forms part of Micro Mitti’s larger strategy to build sustained engagement with the Indian diaspora across international markets.

Following its Dubai engagement earlier in 2026, Muscat represents the next step in the company’s Gulf outreach, with Micro Mitti looking to deepen relationships with NRIs while building greater awareness around the economic transformation taking place in India’s emerging cities.

“The next chapter of India’s real estate story will not be written only in the metros,” Dhanotiya said. “As Bharat grows, investors need to understand where the next centres of employment, infrastructure and economic activity are being created. Our objective is to take that conversation directly to Indians living across the world.”

Micro Mitti plans to continue its international investor engagement across key global markets as it builds relationships with NRIs seeking to understand and participate in India’s next generation of real estate growth centres.
