The Parking Company is a name in Dubai for parking facilities and operations as they just announced that they are expanding to a place, which is Egypt. This is the time they are going beyond the United Arab Emirates.
They have made a deal with three companies in Egypt. Modon Misr for Asset and Facility Management Mwasalat Misr and Redcon Properties. The Parking Company wants to work with these companies to make parking and moving around easier in Egypt.
The Parking Company and these Egyptian companies want to work to use the latest technology for parking. The Parking Company has a lot of experience with parking and they have good technology. The Egyptian companies know the market very well and they have a lot of assets.
They will look at using parking systems, in current and future projects in Egypt. The Parking Company and the Egyptian companies will work together to see how they can make this happen.

Key focus areas include Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems, artificial intelligence-driven surveillance cameras, barrierless access gates, digital permitting platforms, and centralized parking management software.
Beyond immediate hardware and software integration, the consortium will review parking policy development, spatial planning, and demand management frameworks tailored to local urban density.
The initiative comes as Egypt undergoes rapid urban expansion, driven by the construction of smart cities and commercial mega-developments requiring upgraded transportation infrastructure.
By introducing data-driven mobility systems, the collaboration aims to mitigate traffic congestion, improve space utilization, and enhance user experience for drivers across high-density zones.
Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, Chief Executive Officer of Parkin, emphasized that the cross-border pact forms an essential milestone in the company’s broader regional growth roadmap.
He noted that leveraging technological expertise and real-time data remains fundamental to building sustainable parking networks across expanding Middle Eastern urban centers.
Echoing the sentiment, Mohamed Aboutaleb, CEO of Modon Misr, highlighted that the joint initiative will support Egypt’s modern infrastructure push by combining international operational standards with regional market requirements to address evolving mobility needs.
