The President of UAE Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has a meeting with the President of Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico to explore some ways to strengthen their relationship and also their cooperation across some key sectors is showing a good partnership between them both.
That meeting was focused on enhancing their collaboration on some areas that will include trade, investment, renewable energy, advanced technology, innovation and economic development. While supporting the sustainable growth and prosperity both presidents agree to tie deep commitment in line with their shared interests of their countries.
During the talks, Sheikh Mohamed highlighted the UAE’s commitment of building strong international partnerships based on mutual respect and shared opportunities. He noted that expanding cooperation with European partners remains an important part of the country’s broader strategy to promote economic diversification, innovation and long-term development.

Prime Minister Robert Fico welcomed the strengthening relationship between Slovakia and the UAE, expressing his country’s interest in expanding collaboration across a range of strategic sectors. He also acknowledged the UAE’s role as an important economic and investment partner in the Middle East, with opportunities for greater cooperation in business, technology and infrastructure.
The leaders also exchanged views on regional and international developments, emphasising the importance of dialogue and diplomacy in addressing global challenges. They reaffirmed their support for peaceful solutions to international issues and discussed the value of international cooperation in promoting stability, security and sustainable development.
Economic relations between the UAE and Slovakia have continued to develop in recent years through increased trade, investment and business engagement.
